My name is Celia Phelan. I am a recent graduate from Savannah College of Art & Design, receiving a BFA in Animation plus a minor in Storyboarding in August of 2020. Currently, I am seeking employment in the entertainment industry, and am currently working as a freelance animator and illustrator.

Ever since I was young, I have been a storyteller. My desire is to tell a story with every project I undertake and every art  I create. Creation is a spiritual process, and one that can be brought to life with many mediums. While being proficient in such creative fields as writing and music, I felt as if my dream to bring something to life was fulfilled best through my visual art. While studying at SCAD, my art flourished and grew, and every obstacle I overcame with hard work and determination. My goal is to someday work as a 2d animator or story artist for a major animation studio, such as Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon, and perhaps someday even create my own show. As of now, I do my own freelance work and commissions.
